 Today we learned about the poet Emily Dickinson. 

 In class today we presented a summary of our origin myths. The whole class had to present their own stories. They all sounded interesting. It was interesting how everyone chose their characters and their themes to their stories. There was a lot of themes based of jealousy which was funny to see because mine was also some what about it as well. But, since class was short we only got to present.

In class we turned in our stories of our origin myths and the explanations. We also started a jamboard as a class. In the jamboard we own have our own slides. We have to write a summary of our origin myth that we wrote and also write about the elements and the characters in our stories. That’s all we were able to do though is class was very short. 

 Today in class we took a test on a origin myth. I did well on it I was the top 3 to get a good grade I’m so glad. The story was about a boy who turned Into a robin. Basically the beginnings of the first robin ever. As for the rest of the class all we did was continue working on our own myths and reviewed over the test.

Today was a longer day since it was block day. We didn’t have class yesterday so I wasn’t able to write a blog. In class I was able to type my origin myth and my explanation all in docs so I can be ready to turn it in. That’s all we did in class so we had plenty of time to do it. I really like how my story turned out I’m just hoping I did good on it. 

 Today, was also a very short day. We went over origin myths. We even read a origin myth all together in class and started to make our own. Mr. Rease even showed us examples and an example of his before we started to know what to do. It seems very interesting I hope my origin myth of how the world and humans are made goes. 

 Today, in class we continued the notes for Native Americans. We even went over it and reviewed over it. This time we didn’t have much in class since we got a new schedule. So everything went by quick. I was still able to learn a bit more of the native Americans so everything went well.
