8. What about what you used to know how to do
I use to know how to do the splits when I was very young. I ended up completely forgetting how to do it. I know get scared to do that because I feel like I’ll break my leg or something or it will hurt really bad seeing other people do it and failing. I wish I was still able to do it and be as flexible as it use to be. If only I hadn’t stopped doing what I use to do I would’ve still been flexible that is something I’ll always regret.
